The litigation practice of the Firm is restricted to the Superior Courts to a large extent, that is, the High Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.

Alternate Dispute Resolution

With several of its members having undergone training in Alternative Dispute Resolution, and having practised Alternative Dispute Resolution internationally and nationally, the Firm views litigation as a last resort, with the preferred alternatives being mediation, negotiation, settlement and arbitration.
